Benny’s Father holds a tight, terrifying control over his family’s deteriorating Appalachian mansion. All of Benny’s family members have been locked up in their rooms behind thick metal doors – except him. Benny must take care of these family members while trying to stay out of Father’s way, all while living up to Father’s impossible demands and facing his family’s emotionally and physically abusive natures. It’s enough to break a person’s mind and soul, and it just might for Benny.
