Scott McDaniel learns that his young daughter, Sophie, is pregnant. After handling the news poorly, he loses his chance to apologize as she sneaks out of the house with her boyfriend. To blow off steam, Scott goes on a hike. While in the woods, he receives a call that Sophie has been in a serious car accident. He must race to the hospital in order to apologize to Sophie before it is too late.
