- Who Can Direct? Anyone
An intentionally ambiguous, noir-esque story. A woman, Mrs. Christina De La Fontaine approaches a private investigator Mr. William Cornwall about investigating the death of a loved one. He has already taken the case, anticipating her visit, and has already completed it. She leaves with the provided information. The audience is left wondering what she will do with the information, and if the dog that William calls out after she leaves is the same dog that has supposedly died.
