- Who Can Direct? Anyone
A Twilight Zone-esque short film involving a middle-class American man, Ed Edwards, who spends his free evenings in front of the TV instead of with his family, wakes up to find himself in an old Charlie Chaplin film. Seeing this as a mini-vacation, he plays along with the Tramp’s gags, but as the gags get more and more dangerous, Ed begins to question whether his new friend is all that bumbling or whether he is actually trying to kill him. Things get more and more bizarre as Ed tries to escape this nightmare and return to his family. The script is 21 pages long.
